Mostly I’m unenthused by the cover of TIME magazine (no offense, Allen Ginsberg). But every now and then they’ll strike upon something that jazzes me up, like this one. (Anyone else wish the masthead was duplicated upside-down on the “bottom” of the cover, so there was no “right way up”?)
