My name is Brandon Bernard. I'm a graphic designer, storyboard and layout artist, and writer. I was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM, and lived in Los Angeles for 12 years, then in Austin, TX, for about a year, and I'm now in Brooklyn, NY.     Happy New Year, folks! It’s been a while since I’ve posted some process art. Above or below, I present to you my Superman Unchained variant cover. This was particularly fun to do for multiple reasons. The first, I was able to choose a Superman from any era and put him in any situation I wanted. Pure freedom. The second, I got to stretch out my coloring muscles (which is always a treat since I’m a control freak). Lastly, much like a lot of people, my love for Superman goes far back. It’s always an honor whenever I get a chance to contribute his legacy.

    I also wanted to thank you all for sticking with me. I promise, 2014 is going to be an even bigger year!
